New Product Highlights

Low-Divergence, Near-Circular Beam Edge-Emitting Laser Chips
Built with proprietary patented epitaxial structures, these chips dramatically expand the optical mode size while maintaining stable single-mode operation. The fast-axis divergence angle containing 95% of the output power is reduced from over 45° (in conventional designs) to under 15°, achieving a near-circular beam. This enables simplified optics, improved fiber coupling efficiency, and more cost-effective laser integration for customers.


High-Power Edge-Emitting Chip Series: 1726?nm, 1940?nm

Jlight's latest 1726?nm and 1940?nm chips further expand its laser chip portfolio, offering promising applications in medical and related fields.


Fiber-Coupled Module Series:

  • 640?nm / 100?W: High-power red laser module with broad applicability across multiple sectors.

  • 808?nm / 600?W: Designed for high-power medical applications; known for excellent efficiency and stability.

  • 1726?nm / 10?W & 1940?nm / 10?W: Exceptional performance in medical cosmetology, delivering precise and efficient laser output.
